Let's start by saying you CAN just add water, ice, scoop, shake and go! HOWEVER, to really make it a full meal replacement I suggest adding a few ingredients so the shake will stay with you longer and really curb any and all "crap" sugar cravings. It's a full meal replacement! It's NOT a protein shake - It's NOT made with a bunch of artificial man made CRAP - It is 100% ORGANIC dense nutrition and we need to be very selective as to what we fuel our bodies with. We only GET ONE!
Post-workout chocolate peanut butter banana pudding!
You can make this with your chocolate BCAAs➕Protein (just use half the almond milk) or your chocolate superfoods.
Just 1 scoop protein or superfoods, 1/2 Cup Almond/coconut Milk (1/4 Cup if it’s protein powder), 1 teaspoon almond butter or PB, 1/2 banana 🍌 Blend well.

Ingredients
1 cup all-natural smooth almond butter
¼ cup raw honey
¾ cup dry old-fashioned rolled oats
1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
½ cup raw sliced almonds
Instructions
Combine almond butter, honey, oats, Shakeology, and almonds in a medium bowl; mix well with clean hands or a rubber spatula.
Shape mixture into twenty four walnut size balls; place in airtight container.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Coconut Macaroon SuperFoods Shake
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1 cup ice
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
½ tsp. pure coconut extract (optional)
2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp. shaved dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions
Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, extract (if desired), and coconut in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Garnish with chocolate if desired.
Apple Oatmeal
1 serving Vanilla Shakeology
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 packet instant oatmeal
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
