I’ve always been super passionate about NUTRITION! And I can honestly say, it has been quite the yo-yo ride!⠀
 

 

 

 
I’ve done it all......eating low fat, low carb, low cal, restricting foods, calorie free, sugar free, fat free {did you go through this phase too} to excessively exercising in an attempt to out exercise a bad diet of eating whatever I wanted.....

It wasn’t until I was introduced to the basics of clean eating and my lil’ color coded containers that I really started to understand what my body needed to fuel and burn properly. ⠀
 

 

 

 
I actually wasn’t eating enough!!!

I wasn’t pairing the right foods together, eating frequently enough, eating the right portions. I wasn’t balanced. I had nutrition gaps that needed to be filled.⠀
