I posted on Insta a photo of my hair care go to products. I actually did a lot of research - not only by wasting a ton of my own money on every single product out there but by asking salon owners their opinions and it's just all over the board. Bottom line is you use what works and when it stops working for your hair (our hair is always changing) then you change it...mix it up! After all life is all about change isn't it?!
