RECIPE / Heather's Roasted Baby Red Potatoes


I buy a bag of baby reds which is about 20 little potatoes. Wash them and I split them into 2-different cooking days.

So about 10 baby potatoes for our family but you can do however many at a time. Wash them good, then cut each potato into bite size chunks.

Put them all cut up in a bowl. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

Add olive oil

Add avocado oil (i don't measure - just put enough to cover the pototatoes without a soup bowl at the bottom of your bowl) less is better here!

Add fresh garlic (pressed)

Add onion flakes

Add ground pepper

Add chives

Add pink sea salt to taste

Stir everything in bowl so all potatoes are covered with seasonings.

Layer a baking pan with foil. Pour potatoes out flat on baking pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes on the bottom rack in the preheated oven!
