I BECAME a certified fitness instructor over 25+ years ago and a health & fitness COACH just under 2 years ago. As most of you know, MY WHOLE LIFE HAS CHANGED for the better. My body is healthy, my life is balanced, I am HAPPIER, and I FEEL LIKE A NEW PERSON (most of the time)!! Yes, it takes hard work and dedication but now it's just second nature and I will never go back to the way I was!

My GOAL in this business is to share everything I know with anyone who asks and to HELP people reach their OWN GOALS in their health and fitness journey. Happiness can be found, with the right tools. I know a lot of my clients suffered from anxiety and depression and this path HAS CHANGED ALL OF THAT!
