I get asked time and time again what barre shoes I suggest to wear to class. Although I love the grippy sox that we use in pilates and I often grab for those - I have to say, my favorite BARRE SHOES are the traditional support that comes from this ballet slipper!
So, old school but truly where the BARRE CLASS originated. There is something truly delightful and elegant about wearing your ballet slippers to BARRE CLASS to get your mind in the right SETTING!
