It’s been an EXCITING DAY today!!! 🙌🏼⠀ I’ve always been super passionate about NUTRITION! And I can honestly say, it has been quite the yo-yo ride!⠀ I’ve done it all......eating low fat, low carb, low cal, restricting foods, calorie free, sugar free, fat free {did you go through this phase too} to excessively exercising in an attempt to out exercise a bad diet of eating whatever I wanted..... DUH!!!! If you cannot sustain it for a lifetime, it’s going to fail eventually!!! . Keto-ish, can I sustain that for a lifetime, hell no! Diet pills, can I sustain that for a lifetime, hell no! Fake healthy food delivery, can I sustain that for a lifetime, hell no!$$$$$$

Nothing ever worked long term.....

DO IT RIGHT, find what STICKS & what feels GOOD!⠀ It wasn’t until I was introduced to the basics of clean eating and my lil’ color coded containers that I really started to understand what my body needed to fuel and burn properly. ⠀ I actually wasn’t eating enough!!!

.⠀ I wasn’t pairing the right foods together, eating frequently enough, eating the right portions. I wasn’t balanced. I had nutrition gaps that needed to be filled.⠀ . Quick fixes have quick results that go away quickly!! I know how to fix it, and now I’m in maintenance mode and never will I look back!! If I slip, I know exactly why and I know exactly what I need to do and I have the discipline to do it!!! My game changed. So now, here we are going strong 2 full years later, in the best shape of my life with a clear understanding on what my body needs & how simple it really is.
