O M G BECKY!!! Look at her #### - Ya'll, i did it, i really did it. I spent 6 months with a microphone I ordered and I finally FIGURED IT OUT! I self taught myself and I uploaded over 5x but I have 2 full episodes LIVE - YES LIVE and they are submitted to be published to itunes this week!! ((insert scream)) yes, i'm very excited!! Why? Because all of my silly, awkward, fun, exciting...ALL THE THINGS can now be shared to MORE OF YOU - I am so happy to be able to spread all the TEAM NOLA FIT TEACHINGS, BUSINESS TIPS AND TOOLS, HEALTH AND FITNESS WORKSHOPS, at home workouts, how to set goals, how to overcome obstacles.....ALL THE THINGS I'VE LEARNED OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS WITH SOCIAL MEDIA and I can share them with you now - IN YOUR CAR DRIVING TO WORK or in your ears while going for a Sunday WALK - (OR WEDNESDAY - cough cough remember Wednesday in the Spring and Summer and Fall are "walk with Heather" or I mean #WalkWithHeather - so pull out those NEW TENNIS SHOES - let's break them in!!
Oh this social media stuff at my age (almost 50) is so NEW to our generation and challenging - but YOU CAN TEACH AN OLD DOG NEW TRICKS - not that we are old!!! This is a major milestone for me so I had to share it with you of course!!
