By now you should have determined which class level you are at by following the TONE Online Studio Guide available in the workout library. We are here to help if you have any questions about the coursework, or where to begin. Simply email us at HeatherNewmanFitness@gmail.com and we will make sure you are on the right path for success.

Remember that your goal should be to participate in class between 4–6 times per week, and incorporate a BOOST and CHAT session or bonus add- on if you feel you have excess weight to lose. We encourage you to watch the videos several times (and try them more than once) to truly master this week’s content.

As Heather has you on a weekly trajectory for results, brand new classes are uploaded every morning by 6AM.  Since each week’s content builds upon the next, the online video streaming library is available to you any time!
