A TRUE STORY: HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT WHEN THE HOUSE IS FULL OF FOOD & YOU ARE STOCK PILING SNACKS!




YOU CAN LOSE INCHES DURING THIS CRAZY TIME WE ARE LIVING IN!!! what do you do when you are surrounded by snacks and COVID JUNK FOOD??? Quarantine 15 or the Covid 19 pounds?? where do you fall?


INSTEAD OF GAINING WEIGHT, like most, some people are actually losing weight during these challenging times - WHY, HOW, WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THE DIFFERENCE? why is the contrast so great?


One friend (she allowed me to share her story but didn't want her name mentioned)

I talked to her originally in a consult and then we just hopped on the phone one Sunday for HOURS.......... she has participated in a BETA TEST PROJECT FOR my new HFIT SKINNY VIBES classes that are in the developing stages.....(more on that later this year), she explains, weight is so external, you can just FEEL IT AND SEE IT WHEN YOU DON'T weigh what you'd like.


She was so scared to look at the scale. She tightened her pony tail and stepped on that scale and saw a number that was just making her feel like YUK.

That number on the scale can PULL YOU WAY DOWN or it can MOTIVATE YOU - you get to decide. You choose which one you want it to do for you!


She had no clear direction. She gave me permission to write about her personal story..........incase this can help someone else today - -


That BIG SCALE NUMBER was discouraging as you can imagine......maybe you've felt the same way.

She wasn't handling things they way she wanted to. She wasn't showing up the way she wanted to. She was starting to just give up on her body.


SHE MADE A DECISION TO NOT FOCUS ON THE WEIGHT. She decided that she wanted to FEEL BETTER -

When her stomach growls, she feels it's GOD'S WAY OF GIVING HER A SIGN - she actually allows her tummy get to the growl NOW, she implemented the 10 minute 1/2 box SKINNY VIBE SECRETS .........and after several weeks of this, here is her new message:


It was about FEELING BETTER - she decided to slow down and focus her heart more on GOD. She decided to shift her focus from food and stress to God and BRAIN-DUMP HER BUBBLES into her DAILY Unleash Journal. Instead of filling her VOID in life AND everyday STRESSes with FOOD, she started filling her void by connecting with GOD and writing down what she was struggling with. BUBBLE BRAIN DUMP METHOD!!! Daily Unleash Journal All this took was a pen and her Journal. Pen to paper! STOP YOURSELF IN THE MOMENT OF OPENING THAT PANTRY. Wait 10 minutes, set a timer and come back after - then ask yourself WHY AM I EATING THIS? It it going to HELP ME REACH MY GOALS or will it bring me ONE STEP FURTHER AWAY FROM THOSE GOALS. This removes the IMPULSE EATING ALL TOGETHER. Deflect from the pantry in those 10 minutes, go do laundry, write in your journal, clean a junk drawer - deflect - find something else to do - SHOOT GO FOR A WALK OR PRESS A 10 MINUTE TONE WORKOUT !!!!


She says, "When we disconnect from our GOD or pull away, it allows a GAP OR A CRACK IN THE FOUNDATION that allows the devil and the evil and the BAD THINGS IN OUR LIVES to creep in the we truly don't want. If you are not aware or mindful of this - you don't even realize when it's happening. "


She started using her DAILY UNLEASH JOURNAL to express gratitude and focus on her DAILY GOALS that will get her to her BIG DREAM GOALS - she took to focus off the scale.....the focussed on HER FAITH and her DESIRES and the things she DID WANT in her life and her weight started to melt away - she posted her #FFFOE poster from the TONEN10 online studio and she used the W - P - S- S- L - R METHOD [WRITE IT, POST IT, SAY IT, SPEAK IT, LIVE IT, REPEAT] - "I AM FIT FIRM AND FULL OF ENERGY" #FFFOE

She had a strong feeling in her heart to share her story with me, with US - that if you connect to your FAITH and give it to him, you can turn things around.
