
After some long and hard self-reflection, I've come to a big decision for 2025. We are entering a new era—a bad, boujee, baddie babe era. This year, I will no longer be offering customized or personalized 1:1 nutrition consulting. Why? Because I am personally no longer macro or calorie counting on my healthy lifestyle journey.
The TONE BABES COMMUNITY IS ALIVE AND THRIVING and will continue but the CWH PROGRAM WILL BE GOING AWAY - if you followed it ... you have access forever !!! it's a great tool. you know i have mine bound and i do refer to recipes as i like fast and few ingredients! and keep me on track.

Honestly, I’m tired of the cringy sales game online—the coaches begging you to try magic pills, the endless gimmicks. It’s exhausting. I do not want to be in that crowd or vibe.
What we need is a sustainable, long-game approach that prioritizes longevity and balance. I’ve found that approach and have been living it for the better part of the last decade.

Balanced Meals: We aim for 30g of protein per meal, 3-4 meals a day. It’s simple, sustainable, and delicious.
Show Up Daily: Grab your baddie bag (aka lunch bag), rock your all-black uniform (because let’s be real, it’s a vibe), and just show up for yourself every day.
