Greek yogurt + chicken packet–
Fuel Upgrade:
2-ingredient chicken bread (just chicken + 2 eggs, blended & baked 350°F/30 min) — slice it, pack it, go.
– Sweet potato or squash
– Frozen berries
– Coconut water
– Lemon unicorn energy juice for clarity + stamina
Flow
Errands and work handled efficiently.
Snack or fuel breaks as needed.
Small resets = big wins.
