Notice where you’re dry or feeling frumpy.
Stop accepting a “just okay” version of yourself because you’ve drifted from your goals. Get the nails painted. i'm all natural for a while now and loving it.
Do the hair. buy the good shampoo.
Accessorize.
Don’t wait. Today is the last day you’re ever this young.
Daily Action Plan ✦ Bet On You Edition
Plan the day. Write it down. Where are we going? What are we wearing? Life is your oyster — stop staying frump. dress for you. to feel good.
Grocery store field trip. Bring your own bag, browse the aisles, take a pic, post it.
Announce your journey. Be brave. Make a wellness page. Post inspo. Comment on others doing the same.
Mirror glow-up. Make the change. Think Ricki Lake makeover. lol. remember that.
Get walking shoes that work. (I’ll post mine this week — comment & like for inspo.)
Keep a touch-up bag. Mint, perfume, brush, lint roller. New scent = new energy.
Eat cute. Prioritize protein, measure portions, carry containers, make time for yourself.
Put your “baby” first. That baby? You. Someone who never prioritized herself before might think this is weird — trust me, better you = better everyone else in your life.
