There’s something about grocery shopping that suddenly feels like an art form if you make it one.
I can’t even toss a head of lettuce in my cart without making it intentional these days.
I’m not just navigating aisles—I’m strolling through the best whole foods produce section with a basket full of healing veggies, nourishing protein, and staples that actually make me feel good.
It’s all about curation.
Every item in my cart has to pass the “does it feel curated?” test:
Fresh cucumbers? Chic.
Frozen wild blackberries? perfection.
greek yogurt, obviously.
evian bottled water or a sparkling? Luxe vibes in my head.
I don’t just shop—I curate. My grocery cart is a little mood board, a collection of energy and intention.
Even the half dozen x-tra small cucumbers? Intentional. Chic. Necessary.
No awkward life-choice regrets at checkout—just curated energy and structure. And yes… guilty as charged, I peek at other people’s carts. Always. do you do that?
The Curated Cart List
Here’s what I stocked my basket with this week:
Bananas
Cucumbers
Roasted chicken
Sweet potatoes
Peppers
Lemons
Romaine
Olives (black)
Coconut water
Carrots
Avocados
Milk
Almond/Pistachio milk
Yogurt - greek high protein
Cottage cheese on repeat
Eggs/Egg whites
Frozen cherries
Frozen wild blueberries
Tuna
Chicken
Beef
Protein powder
Honey
everything bagel seasoning
SF chocolate syrup
PB2
Avocado oil
Every ingredient matters because how I fuel myself flows into the way I show up—whether that’s in the gym, at my desk, or just living life fully.
Grocery shopping isn’t mundane—it’s part of the routine that keeps me structured, energized, and aligned.
So next time you’re in the aisles, remember: it’s not just what goes in your cart, it’s how it makes you feel. And yes… make it curated. These are on repeat for me. xxh
