Nine days in, and here’s the truth: progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency.


Every small choice matters. The days you don’t feel like showing up—but do anyway? Those are the days that quietly change everything. 1% better than yesterday. That’s the power.

Today, I’m proud. Even on the “blah” days.


Even when motivation dipped. I chose commitment. And guess what? I got all the way to my CLEAN mind, because I cleaned my gut.


Fewer days of dread, more days of waking up excited about life and goals. I NEVER thought I’d feel this way—and now I do.



Day 9 is a reminder: growth isn’t loud, it’s steady. 


One day, the baby steps you’re taking now will be your big transformation.


Here’s to showing up for yourself again today.

Weekend Tasks | Level-Up Yourself

  • Try something new: a fresh walking route

  • Barre for beginners? Self-care? Tan, nails, bath? Yes, please.

  • Shop for your skinny bag or your baddie uniform—small upgrades count

  • Use what you have to feel new: share a post and tag me about your journey.

  • Clean your car.

  • Pride in your space = pride in yourself

My weekend goal: cleaning out old tennis shoes. old workout fits.

Weekend Meal Ideas | Quick & Clean

  • Yogurt Bowl: Greek yogurt + 1 scoop protein + ½ cup frozen fruit + ½ cup milk

  • Protein smoothie. any.

  • Scrambled Eggs: Eggs + cottage cheese + spinach

  • Lunch: Ground beef + taco seasoning + romaine salad (oil, lemon, salt, pepper)

  • Snack: Ninja Creami—chocolate. - PB2 cocoa + protein + sweetener & salt

  • No Creami? Smoothie: Frozen banana + cocoa PB2 + Greek vanilla yogurt + Fit milk


Weekend treat: NEW FREE PEOPLE BARRE PANTS Because yes, sometimes self-care is a little luxe.
