So many people are SCARED! I get it. The P a n d e m i c - and all the sickness and LOSS of loved ones - it CAN BE SCARY. My personal opinion is to PRAY and take care of your HEALTH - take those TWO defense tools and put them both to work! Have FAITH PSALM 91:11 - GOD WILL COMMAND HIS ANGELS TO PROTECT YOU WHEREVER YOU GO!

Take these VITAMINS! I am not a DR. ---this is from my own personal experience and research - I'm just sharing what has been helpful for me and my family.

DAILY MEANS EVERY DAY - until when? UNTIL NEVER - just get in the habit and make it part of your morning routine for it to stay in your system. Now I will say that I rotate out a few items every now and then just by listening to my body and what it needs that day.

Even if you get out in the sun - don't think that is always enough VITAMIN D - speak to your DR of course but taking these daily (as suggested by Dr. Stella Immanuel (please research her and her book)...I have been following her since April of 2020 and she has been trying to get this information out to the masses.


So my family and I find this routine WORKS!
