in 2025, too many women are working harder than ever and still stuck in a paycheck-to-paycheck cycle.and babe, it’s not about how much you make — it’s about how you manage what you have.

this post is your intro (or maybe your reminder) that the cash envelope system isn’t outdated —

it’s freedom.not restriction. not punishment. not “cheap.” it’s clarity.

and in this week’s bonus drop on the #getunstuckpodcast,

i walk you through how to use this method the glitteru™ way — with structure, intention, and style.

cheap vs. frugal

this is important:

  • cheap is cutting corners out of fear. it’s short-term survival mode.

  • frugal is thoughtful. it’s long-game. it’s structure, not sacrifice.

you deserve a life where your money works for you — not against you.

so what is the cash envelope method?

it’s simple: every time you get paid, you plan where every dollar is going before you spend it.

i created two free downloads to help you start:

  • my budget: tracks income, fixed expenses, variable spending, savings

  • cash planning sheet: lets you decide how much to pull in cash for each category ($100s, $50s, $20s, etc.)

you don’t need physical envelopes forever.this is about building the habit of giving every dollar a job — and learning how to live within your structure.

some of my envelope categories?gas. groceries. beauty. fun. target (yes, she gets her own). pets. gifts. extras.

your challenge:

  1. subscribe at the bottom of glitteru.com to grab your free downloads

  2. print them out

  3. log your next paycheck

  4. fill in your categories

  5. get to the bank

  6. live by the envelopes for 30 days

i promise — you’ll be shocked at what you learn.

final reminder:

you’re not bad with money.

you just haven’t had a system that works for you.until now.

structure is self-respect™ — and this might be the shift you’ve been waiting for.
