Do I need to study NUTRITION?
How do I get clients?
Where do I even start if I've never done anything like this before?

WHY? Because you've got to be in the trenches to figure out what path to take and what actually works for you.
We work on what we PUT ON THE INSIDE and we set some goals and new schedules and routines together to figure our the right STYLE AND PATH for you to take. If you become a Coach on my team, you don't have to coach MY STYLE...we find your own personal style so you can attract people LIKE YOU. I help you with all of this but it doesn't happen over night.
I work with you 1:1 and if you want to jump in with both feet and RUN - I run beside you too. If you prefer to jog, i jog with you and if you want to WALK SLOW, i even walk beside you.
