This is GETTING REAL .. so let's have a REAL TALK shall we?!
I get so many amazing messages from friends, friends of friends, my current clients & customers , coaches and other FB friends wanting tips on fitness, social media, graphix, branding, blogging, podcasting, strategy marketing, style, home decor, barre, workouts, weight loss, dream boards, bootycamps, sugar detoxing, healthy foods and now Disney.
I always do my BEST to respond and answer questions or everyone in the right direction to find the best info. But i realized not everyone might be aware that i am ALL about MY BLOG !!!! I have been trying really hard to point everyone in this direction GlitterU.com/blog-1 and it's come to my attention in a recent poll on my Instagram Stories and FB story that I really need to be pointing everyone to my PODCAST too which can now be watched (or shall I say listened to) on my Youtube channel which HAS a bunch of SEVEN followers at the moment (yes that's right). lol - gotta start - just start no matter what it is you want!! I used to YouTube back in the day along side some of the makeup guru's when I had time on my hands in between nap time for the boys - I since took that channel down and here I am years later with a ROOKIE CHANNEL - but I'll give it some attention to work hand in hand along side my PODCAST -
and I will continue to have a TON of content on these subjects on my BLOG and PODCAST episodes!!! I'm learning - I am always a work in progress!!!!

A pro YouTuber, Mah-Dry-Bread, put out a video that details everything you could possibly need to know about how to make money on YouTube.
It turns out there's a lot going on behind the scenes.
YouTubers typically work from home, and some make their entire livelihood producing content.
While that's the dream for many people, it's also a challenging, often unsteady way to make a living. There are several specific nuances that you need to know about how YouTubers make money, and Mah-Dry-Bread goes through them all in depth to make sure you’re avoiding scams.
In addition to Mah-Dry-Bread's advice, Bustle consulted Maddie Raedts, Founder and CCO of IMA, a full service influencer marketing agency, for a more in depth look at how to make money on YouTube. "The most important thing is about these YouTubers, is that they have an audience that is so authentic and valuable as its completely build up by a person itself coming from an authentic and unique voice," Raedts tells Bustle over email. "The relationship between the content creator and the audience is super tight and real — this makes it very interesting for a brand or service to relate with that, because you can become part of the conversation and/or eco-system of that community and have the YouTuber tell your brands story."
Figuring out where you fit in the broader landscape of YouTube and what kind of relationship you'll have with your audience isn't just important for the sake of generating a brand for yourself, but in helping your audience connect with you and what you have to offer.
But if you’re starting a career on YouTube, or have taken an interest in building up your brand on the site, you'll want to do your research to understand how it is YouTubers actually make money, to set yourself up for future success. Research, research and more research!
