WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN AND HOW TO START?
✅ Every thing begins with MOVEMENT. (If you can’t move, it doesn’t really matter what you eat🤷♀️ and I’m a BIG PAIN IN THE #### WITH MY FOOD🤣) I'M VERY PICKY! ALWAYS HAVE BEEN!
✅A 20 min walk… 10 minutes of exercise. THAT CAN MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN HOW YOU FEEL💃
Make a 🗓 chart, checklist (nothing fancy, pen and paper is fine) and stick to it…If you miss a day, don’t sweat it. Just continue on to the next day… make a 📝note to yourself -on your chart -why you missed and sabotage that reason🤓 make yourself ACCOUNTABLE.
✅ READ FOOD LABELS… if you can’t pronounce it then it’s probably a preservative… super AGING 😫for YOUR CELLS… Think about putting the healthiest food and drink into your body.
