During our weekend Online Studio SATURDAY BARRE BURN class the TONEBABES only needed a chair & a super positive attitude. Making exercise a daily habit can help lower your blood pressure!!! <<I just had this conversation with a friend !! >> If you feel like you need something new to SPARK SOME SASS back into your life - I'm telling you - that's what TONE is all about. We really do have fun and you'll OFFICIALLY BECOME A #TONEBABE by just becoming a member!

It also gives you more energy, and it's a great way to ease STRESS and feel better. Check in with your doctor first if you're not already active now. They'll make sure you're ready for exercise. Since an active lifestyle is good for your blood pressure, your doctor will likely be all for it.

You just need to be active enough that you are breathing harder and making your heart beat a little faster. That includes brisk walking, jogging, swimming, biking, lifting weights, or doing yard work.

To pick an activity, two good questions to ask yourself are: What sounds like fun?
