OOOPS!!!! this year did it again - it's almost OCTOBER 1ST, i mean, can I even keep up anymore? - So before I forget, we have 2-FULL WORKOUT PROGRAMS running in October for you to get on a PROGRAM with our Tone-Babes! If you've been on the fence, now is the perfect time to commit to your Health. Easy to follow, nothing too overwhelming!


1. STRONGER BOO! is a perfect mix of metabolic strength training with high-intensity interval training to burn fat, build strength, and sculpt every inch of your body without bulking up! This program is a 4-week workout calendar led by our TONE PUSH Coaches and a SUPER TRAINER! All online though, don't worry - you can do this on your own time! This 4-week program starts October 1.


2. October TONE 10 minute workout challenge! This includes EBook, recipes, workout calendar and schedule with group accountability led by ME personally! This 3-week (10 minute workouts) program starts October 10th.


YOU CAN OPT TO DO BOTH like most of our TONE-BABES, giving you a variety of options so you never get bored!!
