it’s official.life coaching is back this august.but only for a few women.and only for those ready to do the work — while still having fun doing it.

i haven’t offered 1:1 coaching in over a year.

but after diving deep into continuing education

(and heading into birthday #56 🖤 tomorrow), something shifted.

i remembered how powerful these sessions were.

how we’d walk and talk.how clarity hit in the middle of real-life conversations.how emotional weight lifted when someone finally felt seen.

this isn’t therapy.

this isn’t surface-level “cheerleading.”

it’s a safe space.

it’s structure.

it’s guided support to help you:

  • stop people-pleasing

  • make bold decisions

  • clean up mental clutter

  • build daily habits that actually stick

  • and reconnect with your own voice

what to expect:

✅ private phone sessions (walk + talk style or seated coaching)

✅ you pick the focus: mindset, boundaries, burnout, clarity, shift

✅ real tools, not fluff

✅ guided support from someone who’s been where you are

just a few spots availableonce they’re gone, they’re gone.this is the only time i’m opening up sessions this summer.

whether you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or just need to feel like you again —this is your chance to get direct, powerful support in the most aligned way.

🖤 let’s talk.it might be the most important call you take this season.

Most women don’t actually want advice. We want to be heard. We want someone to sit with us in the fog without needing to fix it. To witness us without turning it into a lesson. I built my life coaching practice around that — creating a space where you get to say the things out loud you’ve never said before… and not be judged for any of it.

No pressure.

No performance.

Just presence.

That’s where the real shift begins.

When someone finally listens to you without flinching. That’s the kind of room I hold.

And I might open two of those rooms again in August. You’ll know if one of them is for you.
