Losing weight is one thing, maintaining weight loss is another.
I find having structure, routine, and staying aware is what has helped me get lean and stay lean.
Routine & structure: from planning your gym time, to your meal times, having a “schedule” that’s the same daily will help give you structure and create a routine.
Awareness: regularly tracking body stats like weight & measurements helps keep you aware of where you are. When we stop tracking those things is when we accidentally gain 10-20 lbs.
