My Night Must-Haves (Even If I’m Stranded on an Island)

If I’m stranded on an island—no, not that island 😅—these are the things I’m bringing.

Not because they’re trendy.

Not because someone told me to.But because they make my body feel safe, regulated, and actually rested.

Nighttime is sacred to me.

It’s where the nervous system unwinds, the body repairs, and tomorrow quietly gets set up. These are my non-negotiables—every single night, no matter where I am.

The Pillow

This is the foundation.

If my neck isn’t supported, nothing else matters.

A good pillow changes your sleep, your posture, your mood, and honestly… your patience the next day.

The Sleep Mask

Darkness tells your brain it’s safe to power down.

This mask goes on and my body immediately knows: we’re done for the day.

Mouth Tape

Not glamorous.

Extremely effective.

This one was a game-changer for my sleep quality.

I wake up calmer, more rested, and without that wired feeling that comes from shallow breathing.

The Blanket

Weight matters.

Texture matters.

Comfort matters.

This is the piece that makes anywhere feel like home—hotel, friend’s house, island hut… you get it.

Prada Lip Balm

Because pleasure counts.

This lives on my nightstand and goes on every single night.

It’s simple, indulgent, and makes the routine feel intentional instead of rushed.

Night Lip Mask

Seal it all in.

I wake up with soft lips instead of dry, cracked ones—and yes, it matters.

Small things add up.

None of this is about perfection.

It’s about signaling safety to your body.

When your nights are supported, your days follow.

These are my must-haves.

Every night. Everywhere.
