Hey babe! I'm so excited to invite you to a very exciting NEW CHALLENGE : I feel like we need something NEW AND FUN and something to kick us back on track.

There is no re-do of this year! But we can make the most of it! If you feel overwhelmed - try taking SILENT SUNDAYS OFF OF ALL MEDIA - including the news and all social media platforms! Seriously - it is life changing! I've done this the past two weeks and it's so NICE to just put the phone away and BE PRESENT and focus on organizing everything for the upcoming week. Clean the house, purge your closet, pay the bills, set new goals......JUST UNPLUG and if you are feeling pressure from the world around you - IT'S TIME TO UNPLUG ..... atleast for one day. I call it SILENT SUNDAY.


Ok, now, let's get down to something positive for YOU - for your mind, soul, spirit and body! SOMETHING TO GET YOU FIRED UP AND EXCITED - something to look forward to each day - something FUN AND POSITIVE that will start to shake things into a NEW FUN EXCITING DIRECTION if you simply print your workout calendar, log in to the workout posts each day, and print your FREE NUTRITION GUIDE (it's coming......) - we start MONDAY! are you in?

It will give you a plan to follow.

It will give you something positive to look forward to.

It will release STRESS from your life.
