I Was Scared Too… But I Moved Anyway.
When I left corporate America to do my own thing, I was terrified. No guaranteed paycheck, no safety net, no 401K, no benefits I never really used anyway.
When I started investing in 2017, I was scared I’d lose everything I had worked so hard to save.
When I bought my first individual stock and invested in real estate, I wondered if I had just made a huge mistake.
Some of my investments?
A total rollercoaster. But the more I did it, the more I learned. I had to make sacrifices—while others were out having fun (or at least making it look that way on social media), I was studying, strategizing, and making moves.
Because I knew staying stuck wasn’t an option.
Money Is a Skill—Just Like Fitness.
I’ve been loud and clear about my fitness journey—how I dove back into my nutrition, became a nutritionist, and helped other women transform their health.
But what was always too taboo to talk about? Money.
It’s time for women to understand that money is a SKILL.
It’s not about working harder—it’s about working smarter. Just like fitness.
I’m diving in deep. This is my Rich & Skinny era. The Sport.
