The Planner Is Our Secret Weapon
Let’s be real. A planner isn’t just about writing down appointments. It’s about making space for the woman you’re becoming — the one you choose to be every single day.
When I map out my meals, shopping lists, workouts, and even my self-care to-dos, it’s proof that I’m living with structure, not just drifting back into old habits.
I’m squirrel-brained at times (Type A with a whole lot of brain-B chaos). But when it’s on paper — sometimes even hourly — everything feels more intentional.
And that’s the real point: femininity is not just looks.
It’s:
✦ grace > gossip
✦ joy > overwork
✦ awareness > autopilot
✦ fun > alcohol
✦ presence > pressure
My planner keeps me aligned. It’s not just paper — it’s my accountability partner, my mirror, my little cheerleader.
Oh, and today I got to write down something BIG for next week: a major collab.

Meal Planning ✦ 4-4-4 Method
6 am – 10 am
• Egg white + cottage cheese scramble with hot sauce
• Unicorn Juice → glitteru.com/rx
• Yogurt & berries or banana
10 am – 2 pm
• Chicken lettuce wrap
• Avocado with everything bagel seasoning
• Cottage cheese with lean ground beef or turkey
2 pm – 6 pm
• Protein treat (depends on the day)
• Ground beef + cottage cheese + taco seasoning
• Veggie bowl
6 pm – 10 pm
• Ninja Creami dessert
• Lemon water
My Planner Tip
I use a simple daily planner to map this out (because seeing it on paper is a game changer).
Mine’s from Office Depot, but it’s even cheaper on Amazon → shop my planners here.
