✦ Skinny Bag Chronicles: Day 2

Finding Feminine Energy & Intentional Living

Today is all about nurturing ourselves.

If we deserve care, attention, and thoughtful snacks, why don’t we always prioritize it?

Here’s what I keep ready to support myself on the go:

  • Greek yogurt

  • Cottage cheese game changer of living this life - i used to hate it too.

  • Cucumbers & carrots (zero everything) - i personally only do cucumbers

  • lemon water (hydration = essential)

  • Tuna pouches on the go

  • sweet potato containers (shared inside TONE)

  • Ziplock bags of protein powder and/or PB2 to add to anything on the go

  • Banana or favorite fruit

  • Barebones broth packets (portable protein sippable)

  • Lip combo - always a must

  • My own utensils (because yes, I have issues lol)

  • a high protein drink

Being feminine isn’t just about looks — it’s about self-care, intention, and creating space for yourself.

When I notice I’m tired, hungry, or overwhelmed, I pause. I nourish.

I care for myself the way I deserve.

I used to skip meals, push through my day, and ignore my needs.

Not anymore.

We eat. We hydrate. We show up for ourselves.

Even breakfast first — a yogurt and banana will do.

Prime or Pure Protein is perfect here: clean, mixable, quick, and keeps me on track.

If I need something fast, I mix:

  • Greek yogurt

  • Protein powder

  • Frozen berries…and boom — PB&J vibes, portable, delicious.

✦ FEMININE TO-DOs

  • Walk with intention — even to fold laundry

  • Snack mindfully: 4-4-4 method + small treats to avoid cranky moods

  • Sip coconut water like it’s fancy wine, add lemon

  • Slather on lotion post-shower, add a touch of tan if you like

  • Take a deep, intentional breath — crisp fall air is magic

  • Order a coffee or tea with presence — feel good, act good, love yourself

Today is about showing up for ourselves, making little choices that build energy, focus, and feminine confidence.
