Can you believe it’s June already?! We’re fast approaching the halfway point of 2022. Many fruits and vegetables have high water content, such as cucumbers, watermelons, peppers, pineapple, and tomatoes—making them perfect on-the-go summer snacks. They double up as healthy snacks and can be a way to consume more water!
