They’re Just a Signal



I don’t talk about supplements often — not because they don’t work, but because I don’t believe in outsourcing your power.

That said…sometimes support is just support.


For me, cravings aren’t about discipline.


They’re about rhythm, blood sugar, stress, and timing.
