MY STORY — THE SHIFT THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
in my 20s?i did what every girl my age did.i dieted hard.i chased the scale.i over-cardio’d.i taught endless step-aerobics classes.i obsessed over calories.i pushed my body until it pushed back.
the day i passed out on the floor of Kinko’s in Kenner was my wake-up call.
in my 40s, i went back to school for holistic nutrition.i learned how to fuel instead of fight my body.
i traded extreme cardio for strength.i lifted (heavier, for me).i built tone, not depletion.
i learned mind-to-muscle connection.i focused on form, balance, flexibility, and longevity.
and everything shifted.
THE EVOLUTION OF MY METHOD
i returned to teaching — but this time at the barre LIVE at a local boutique gym.... AND online i created team tone babes.i refined, elevated, and designed a sustainable, strong, healthy lifestyle.
