if u’ve followed me for more than 5 minutes,


u know i’m not one to jump on every “magic drink” or “bikini in a pill” trend floating across your tiktok or insta feed.


because let’s be honest —


it’s overwhelming.

mlm powders. white-label stimulants. non-FDA-approved “proprietary blends.”it’s a circus out there —


and most of it?


marketing.



i don’t say that to scare you.i say it because i’m qualified to say it.


certified nutritionist through 3 accredited licensing associations in the u.s.and while i no longer hand out detailed meal plans, .....


i do guide my girls with integrity — grounded in what actually supports the female body.

so let me set the record straight:


i don’t drink coffee.i don’t drink tea.i don’t drink alcohol.never have, never liked the taste, and honestly?


don’t need it to feel joy, peace, or energy.



so what do i drink?


water — always.and one other thing:


energize

but don’t let the word pre-workout confuse u.this isn’t some neon-colored, heart-racing powder from the depths of influencer land.


this is the only energy drink i trust — because it actually checks all my boxes:
