Girls — this is the 4-4-4 daily plan 


I’ve been following, and it’s giving me structure without overthinking.


Think of it as packing your skinny bag on paper: simple, structured, and always there when you need it.



It’s not about restriction. It’s about clarity. When you know what’s next, you don’t spiral.

✦ DAILY PLAN | 4-4-4 Method ✦

6 am – 10 am

  • egg white + cottage cheese scramble with hot sauce

  • unicorn juice → glitteru.com/rx

  • yogurt & berries or banana

10 am – 2 pm

  • chicken lettuce wrap

  • avocado with everything bagel seasoning on top

  • cottage cheese with lean beef or lean turkey ground

2 pm – 6 pm

  • protein treat (depends on the day)

  • ground beef with cottage cheese + taco seasoning

  • veggie bowl of some sort

6 pm – 10 pm

  • ninja creami dessert or other high protein sweet treat

  • lemon water
