Girls — this is the 4-4-4 daily plan
I’ve been following, and it’s giving me structure without overthinking.
Think of it as packing your skinny bag on paper: simple, structured, and always there when you need it.
It’s not about restriction. It’s about clarity. When you know what’s next, you don’t spiral.
✦ DAILY PLAN | 4-4-4 Method ✦
6 am – 10 am
egg white + cottage cheese scramble with hot sauce
unicorn juice → glitteru.com/rx
yogurt & berries or banana
10 am – 2 pm
chicken lettuce wrap
avocado with everything bagel seasoning on top
cottage cheese with lean beef or lean turkey ground
2 pm – 6 pm
protein treat (depends on the day)
ground beef with cottage cheese + taco seasoning
veggie bowl of some sort
6 pm – 10 pm
ninja creami dessert or other high protein sweet treat
lemon water
