More motivation.More pushing.

More “don’t quit on yourself” energy.

That era served its purpose — until it didn’t.

As GlitterU and TONE evolved, so did the way we lead.

And the women who stayed through that evolution weren’t the loudest in the room — they were the most consistent.

These two women are that.

They were part of the early push days — when momentum mattered more than systems, and resets felt normal. But instead of clinging to what was familiar, they moved forward with the mission.

We don’t push anymore.

We design structure.

That shift required leaders who could hold standards without drama, guide without micromanaging, and model a fit lifestyle that doesn’t require constant motivation.

That’s why they are now officially named TONE Directors. Diane Boyle & Rebecca Walker.

what a TONE director actually is

A Director doesn’t motivate.She doesn’t chase.She doesn’t create urgency or noise.

She leads by example.

A TONE Director:

  • lives inside structure instead of reacting emotionally

  • understands consistency over intensity

  • supports systems, not chaos

  • embodies “structure is self-respect™” in real life

This role isn’t about hierarchy or control.

It’s about alignment.

why titles matter

Language shapes behavior.

When we changed the work, the title had to change too.

“Push coach” belonged to a season where effort was loud and burnout was normalized.

Director belongs to a season of clarity, calm leadership, and long-term results.

The women who step into this role aren’t trying to save anyone.

They’re showing what’s possible when you stop starting over.

honoring the originals

These two women didn’t just stay — they evolved.

They respected the shift. They upheld the standards. They helped move TONE into a quieter, more powerful era.

That’s leadership.

And while this post recognizes them, it also sets the tone moving forward:

TONE is not about motivation.

It’s about structure that holds — even when life gets busy.

This is the era of no chaos.

No drama.

No quitting on ourselves.

And these are the women helping lead it.

thank you.
