There is not one person on the entire PLANET that has not had to deal with disappointment, a change in schedule, sadness, loneliness or a lifestyle change because of this virus.
I'm not going to pretend like it's not happening but what I am going to do is try to help as many people as I can learn how to thrive during this time. I'm going to be proactive! Want to join me?
Some people are working more and in a very stressful situation that they don't want to be in. Some people are working less or not at all and others are just finding that they are being inconvenienced by having to work from home, with the kids at home and not being able to juggle it all.
No matter what our current situation is, we all have to remember that we never were in control of COVID-19 .... or anything else for that matter. This virus is a HUGE REMINDER THAT WE ARE NOT IN CONTROL. There are still healthy ways to manage unwanted stress through exercise, eating healthy and holistic supplementation. Mental health is wealth too!
Life is always not in our control and without this STUPID VIRUS, a person dies every 12 seconds in the US every single day.
So, are we all living our life today like it could be our last?
I know I'm making the best of it and I want to help you with how I'm positively coping with this!
THE ONLY THING WE CAN CONTROL IS HOW WE RESPOND AND REACT!

Next to my community, team and clients, my why is always my family first and foremost.
Then myself.
By making myself a priority I am showing up better for everyone around me.
I am managing the ENVIRONMENTAL STRESS through fighting free radicals with my daily shake, physical stress through mental movement and keeping my moods steady by being mindful about what I put in my body.
