Hey there friend! I am checking in on you again today! How are you doing? Seriously, how are you doing?


I want to help you feel good even when things are weird, difficult, stressful AND VERY hard.

Things have changed SINCE MARCH OF 2020...and will continue to evolve. Hang in there - we are going to get thru this together!

There is not one person on the entire PLANET that has not had to deal with disappointment, a change in schedule, sadness, loneliness or a lifestyle change because of this 2020 STUFF!!!


I'm not going to pretend like it's not happening but what I am going to do is try to help as many people as I can learn how to thrive during this time.


Some people are working more and in a very stressful situation that they don't want to be in. Some people are working less or not at all and others are just finding that they are being inconvenienced by having to JUST TRY AND juggle it all. IT'S TOO MUCH!!!!


No matter what our current situation is, we all have to remember that we never were in control of 2020 .... or anything else for that matter. This YEAR is a HUGE REMINDER THAT WE ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF IT ALL. WE MUST HAVE FAITH! HOLD ON TO HOPE......IT'S HERE!


There are SOME healthy ways to manage unwanted stress through exercise, eating healthy and holistic supplementation. Mental health is wealth too!


Life is always not in our control and without this STUPID VIRUS, a person dies every 12 seconds in the US every single day.


So, are we all living our life today like it could be our last?

I know I'm making the best of it and I want to help you with how I'm REALLY DIGGING DEEP TO TRY MY HARDEST TO positively NAVIGATE THRU ALL OF THIS!


THE ONLY THING WE CAN CONTROL IS HOW WE RESPOND AND REACT!
