STEP 1 — Decide how you want to join

You have two options:


Option A — Just want February?

STEP 2 — Enter your TONE portal

Once you join, you’ll log into your member portal.


It opens Saturday, Jan 31 5pm CST unlocked! BUT GET IN NOW.


Inside you’ll find:

✔ your workouts

✔ your meal structure

✔ your weekly checklist

✔ tracking sheets

✔ grocery list


Everything is there.

STEP 3 — Choose how you want to train

Inside the portal you’ll pick your workout style:

Choose this if you:

• like workouts written out

• like checking things off

• prefer to move at your own pace

• don’t need someone talking the whole time

• want structure you can follow anywhere


This is the TONE-designed workout path.

Your monthly plan.

Your structure.

Your rhythm.

You show up → follow the plan → you’re done.

Choose this if you:

• like pressing play

• want someone leading you

• don’t want to think about what’s next

• need momentum to start

• feel more confident when guided


This unlocks the 21-day guided video path.


You show up → press play → follow along.

That’s it.

Both paths work.

You’re just choosing your style.

STEP 4 — Prep on Sunday

Sunday is prep day.

Your grocery list is in the portal. UNLOCKS JAN 31 5 CST.

Get your food ready.

STEP 5 — Start Monday

Monday is Day 1.


You open your plan.


You follow the workout.


You check the box.


That’s it.

Some women like help with cravings or energy in the first weeks.
