#Skinny Bag Chronicles: Eating Real Food, Packing Smart, Staying Boss

We’re journaling this series → #skinnybagchronicles.

It’s all about eating real food, packing our skinny bags on the go, and never letting a busy day mess up your nutrition, energy, or vibe.

Because let’s be honest, girls — life is too short for guilt, panic, or spiraling over food.

Hint: The Bread’s Coming

Okay, full honesty: it’s gonna sound groce… but trust me. I’m baking it right now and will be posting it shortly. ✨

This isn’t just any bread — it’s dense, protein-packed, no-fluff, boss energy in loaf form. Perfect for throwing in your skinny bag and taking anywhere, whether it’s errands, work, or just a quick snack before class.

The Recipe

Macros: 320 calories | 48 g protein

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 can tuna (drained)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork.

  3. Whisk the eggs lightly, then mix in the tuna.

  4. Add baking powder and mix until combined. Optional: a pinch of salt, pepper, or fresh herbs.

  5. Line a small loaf pan with parchment or grease lightly. Pour in the mixture and smooth the top.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden on top and mostly set inside.

  7. Let cool slightly, slice, and pack in your skinny bag.

Why This Works

  • Portable & functional: Fits right into your “skinny bag” so you always have a real food option.

  • Protein-packed: Keeps your energy steady and hunger in check.

  • Low fuss, high impact: Minimal ingredients, maximum results.
