WHAT GOALS CAN YOU SET FOR YOURSELF IN 2022?

THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE FOR THOSE THAT WANT TO GET IN SHAPE FOR THE NEW YEAR IS.....


You want to enjoy the holidays, but you know you are a little fluffy and feeling out of shape.

But in the same breath, you know YOUR HEALTH & FITNESS runs on your consistency. GUESS WHAT......


I am sharing with you my top tips that will allow you to have a great time and still be consistent with your fitness goals.....(aka weight loss attention your body needs)


Are you ready for this?


  1. Block out time today (just 10-30 minutes even) to write out your PLAN for the week. I sit down and write out what time I commit to moving my body every single day even if it's just a 10 minute walk on the treadmill while i'm catching up on my favorite housewives show or YouTube channel. I ask myself, WHAT ARE MY GOALS of this week and how do I want to make sure I put my HEALTH as a top priority. NO EXCUSES.
