What’s New Inside "THE VIBE" — Foundations. meditation series for women who need it most.

I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about THE VIBE inside of TONE —what it is, where it lives, and how people are experiencing it.


So I want to slow this down and explain it simply.

This is foundational work.

Not hype.



Not motivation.Not something you have to “get right.”



THE VIBE — Foundations is a small but powerful audio library designed to bring you back into your body when life pulls you out of it.



If you’ve ever taken my barre class, you’ve already felt a version of this.

Sometimes at the beginning.


Sometimes at the end.


Sometimes right in the middle — when the room gets quiet and something shifts.

That’s intentional.


Because before movement, before effort, before clarity —there’s settling.


Inside THE VIBE — Foundations

These are short, grounding audios you can use anytime, anywhere:

These audio drops are designed for you to use daily, when you need them. for you, from me. i use these same ones while tapping.


This is where you arrive.

ground — for coming back into your body


For when you’ve been in your head, dissociated, overwhelmed, or disconnected.This brings awareness back to sensation, breath, and support.


clear — for mental noise and overthinkingFor looping thoughts, mental clutter, or when your brain won’t turn off.


steady — for anxiety, decision fatigue, or wobbleFor those moments when you don’t need answers — you need stability.


return — for re-centering after stress or emotionFor after the hard conversation, the long day, the emotional hit.


This is how you come back to yourself.

None of these are long.


None of them require a perfect environment.

They’re meant to be used in real life.

Why this lives inside TONE

TONE isn’t just about how your body looks or performs.


It’s about how you live inside it.

We can’t build strength, consistency, or trust with our bodies if we’re constantly disconnected from them.


THE VIBE is the inner layer of that work.

It supports:

  • nervous system regulation

  • body awareness

  • emotional processing

  • and the ability to actually receive the benefits of movement


This is wealthy health for real life.

THE VIBE is woven into the experience on purpose.


Because strength without presence doesn’t stick.


If you’re inside TONE, you already have limited access.


If you’re new here, this is your invitation.

Start with settle.


Come back to ground when you need it.


Let this support you between workouts — not just during them.

You don’t need more discipline.


You need more connection.
