we’ve all had that moment.you declare:

“i’m only going to eat veggies and juice for 3 months. i want to lose weight.”

will you lose weight?

probably.

but here’s the thing:you’re also starving your body… and your brain.

you’ll spend the entire 3 months craving real fuel, feeling restricted, obsessing over food…and then one day?

boom.

you binge eat an entire birthday cake.

you “fall off” your little plan. and now you’re back to square one — maybe even worse.

i see it all the time.i’ve lived it.

i’ve coached women through it.

and this same cycle shows up with money, too.

you say:

“i’m going to spend NOTHING for 3 months. no coffee. no extras. no amazon.”

and sure — maybe your account stays full… for a while.

but then what happens?

you don’t change the habit.you don’t shift the why.you’re just white-knuckling restriction.

and eventually, you swipe. hard. and spiral.

same reason most Biggest Loser contestants gained their weight back:

→ they worked out 3x a day

→ ate in a major calorie deficit

→ but the habits didn’t stick once the structure was gone

nothing changes unless you change what you consider normal.

this applies to your workouts.

your money.

your habits.

your identity.

want long-term change?
