I wanted to post this to my blog for reference since you might follow our IF community on SnapChat - a northern gal I follow on social media defined this with an actual name for it - although i'd been eating like this MOST OF MY LIFE - I didn't really realize it was a true thing! And I wasn't alone here.
My family and friends just thought I had ODD eating habits - but I knew that in order to maintain my weight and keep my cute clothes fitting the way I want them to - I had to do what was right for me. THIS works for me!
Everyone is different and a lot of eating habits are just that - HABITS - be it good or bad!!
Some feel you have to wake up and have breakfast - it's the most important meal of the day blah blah blah - everyone is DIFFERENT - just because your brain tells you to eat doesn't mean you should!
Always remember - EAT TO LIVE don't LIVE TO EAT - just because the clock strikes noon doesn't actually mean you are indeed hungry depending on your energy (food) intake you've had already for the day - calories, nutrition, fuel for your body -
Learn your body. Listen to your body. Don't worry about other people or the clock! Feed your body with the right things! Eat clean (most of the time) - create new habits and you will see new changes in your body. PERIOD!
