Believe it or not, it's actually made up of several different muscles including the gluteus maximums, minums, and medius. All of these muscles and ligaments intertwining together at the top near the lower back and at the bottom merging with the hamstrings.
It can seem daunting to exercise your booty and get it not just toned, but lifted, and rounded.
