I can sit here and give you the nerdy answer:
It boils down to 3 things. PERIOD!
𝐸𝒶𝓉 𝓂𝑜𝓇𝑒 𝓋𝑒𝑔𝑔𝒾𝑒𝓈, 𝐸𝒶𝓉 𝓁𝑒𝓈𝓈 𝓈𝓊𝑔𝒶𝓇 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝐸𝒶𝓉 𝓂𝑜𝓇𝑒 𝓌𝒽𝑜𝓁𝑒 𝒻𝑜𝑜𝒹𝓈!
There that was EASY - NOT!
Can I be totally honest here, I don't like veggies! Not many - unless you count corn and green beans as veggies and - IF YOU DO, you've got a lot to learn - I thought the SAME THING! (my solution?? insert my daily sexy momma smoothie - that tastes like chocolate cake but it's all the greens i'd never get in my body otherwise--NO BRAINER)
You guys.....I've studied soooo much, learned so much and used my own body as my own science project and I know nobody really wants the SCIENCE or the EDUCATION on this (how boring is that) - we all just want the QUICKEST WAY to shed the pounds! "𝕛𝕦𝕤𝕥 𝕘𝕚𝕧𝕖 𝕞𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕦𝕝𝕥𝕤"
But WE ALL KNOW that the quick way doesn't last. The quick way is just a band-aid to fix it for a moment. We cannot continue EATING AND CONSUMING BEVERAGES that put our bodies in the exact opposite place of where we want it to look like time and time again, year after year and expect different results.
I was no different - I'd eat, have fun, be merry - then feel bloated and yucky - workout a few times thinking I'd burned off enough pizza calories that i'd be good for a while.
- it doesn't work that way. It just doesn't. That's the YO-YO - and I got tired of the YO - YO ......so I MADE ONE DECISION TO STOP the YO-YO. I just decided, my health was more important than the CRAP I was putting in my body that left me feeling like CRAP!
It's so true, you are what you eat - if I ate pizza, I felt thick and fluffy and bloated and greasy - ICK!! lol and I LOVE PIZZA!
So, I started COACHING - and guess who my very first client was? ME!!!!!
