. You've set some really BIG GOALS based off of some REALLY BIG DREAMS, you've got a plan to make it happen yet there is something missing and you can't quite put your finger on it - you just keep quitting on yourself.
You keep telling yourself on the inside that you know you've failed in the past or that you've never done that before so why would this time be any different than the other 10x you've tried, attempted or pretended to give it your all.

As a full time Health & Fitness Coach, I know that to achieve anything BIG, you have to start very SMALL! BUT YOU DO HAVE TO ACTUALLY START - and not just "ONE DAY" - One day is not a day of the week!! NOPE! . In my Fit Gym and Bootcamps, we focus on the small mile markers to achieve the BIG DESTINATION.
Start by simply asking yourself, what is the ONE THING I WISH I COULD CHANGE ABOUT MYSELF....and what is the ONE THING I CAN DO TODAY to start getting closer to THAT DESTINATION?
