  3. Vitamins: to help you feel your very best. This important. Talk to your doctor if you are not sure what you should be taking. I take my supplements in my SUPERFOODS SMOOTHIE daily! Everything I need is found in my powder therefore the cost is well worth it for me. It's about heart health and energy too!

  8. HALO TOP ICE CREAM - Ok, I know, we all need a treat every now and then so this is where you can have your ice cream and eat it too!

  9. Healthy FATS! Don't be scared. We do not eliminate FATS FROM OUR DIET. We need them. You need these in your diet. coconut oil, almonds, nuts, seeds, almond butter, avocado, peanut butter

  10. CARBS ARE NOT THE ENEMY!!!! What a concept - if you feed your body what it needs, it will flourish the way GOD intended. examples are: Ezekiel bread, whole grains, oatmeal, veggies, cream of rice, fruit whole grain pasta, beans, jasmine rice - there are so many forms that you can incorporate daily.

I'm going to add my favorite CARB - rice cakes! Top it with red pepper hummus and cucumbers - and my favorite low sodium seasoning delicious!!!
