5 ways to GROW and increase your happiness!


Are you ready to change some things up? Are you ready to level up your life and grow into the best version of yourself that you can possibly be?!


You might be going through THE COVID FREAKIN' FLUFF (as I keep calling it) right now, but you have it in you to push harder and start SHOWING UP!


Remember YOU can press that RESET button whenever you decide to for those who keep going even in the tough times 💛⠀


1. Be sure you make the daily decision to Show UP! On those days where you don't feel like working out, not because you are sick, because you are just not feeling it, that you need to show up more. It's super easy to not do it, and it's super easy to tell yourself "I can do this, I need to do this to feel better" 2. Push a little bit harder. If I asked you to put your hands as high as you can in the air and then said reach a little higher, I bet you could. Same thing with a workout, you might think you are doing all you can. Take it an extra - just that little push more - and just see what you are capable of! 3. Get someone to join you. How about you become a leader, even if just for a day! Working out by yourself is great, sharing with someone else what you do is even bigger impact. 4. Increase your weights! Remember..... if those last few reps are not challenging, it is 100% time for you to increase those weights. You will not bulk up by using weights - i will say this again - YOU WILL NOT GET BULKY BY ADDING WEIGHT!!! 5. Tell yourself YES! If you are not speaking to yourself in a positive way, nothing great is going to come of it. We talked about this today in my LIVE nutrition talk in our FIT CLUB community. Your words are powerful. Speak with positive words. Do not use the word CAN'T, ETC. ⠀ There have been sooo many times in my life where I haven’t felt like showing up. Yet I chose not to play a victim or have a perception that life wasn’t fair....I push thru the hard and make the decision that I want change more than I want to stay the same and then take ONE STEP to do it.....put one foot in front of the other - no excuses. DO IT. ⠀ ⠀ Because of this I’ve been able to train myself on how I choose to feel. Things that really used to get me upset or really bother me, today I don't allow those things to have that power over me. It’s taken years of growth for this to happen but if you RETRAIN your brain and acknowledge the choices you are making to control what you can - you will start to see progress. ⠀ ⠀ What changed? ⠀ ⠀ I DID! No one else needs to change for us to feel certain way. ⠀Only YOU have to power to choose what you want to do and what you allow to get in your way. ⠀ Today I invite you to keep showing up, not for other people, for YOU.


AND even when you don’t feel like it, this is the key part to living free! 💗 The quality of your life is determined by how you show up even when you don’t feel like it 👊🏻 Ask yourself today what are you going to do to SHOW UP for YOU and OTHERS?!
