Here's a quick AB, Booty and Abductor workout to get you through the weekend.
Grab ankle weights if you have them, but if not don't sweat it because this can be challenging without them!
Each move for 1 full minute (60 seconds), repeat on 2nd side. THEN DO IT 2X.
Side plank knee to elbow
Tabletop donkey kicks
Tabletop leg rainbows
Tabletop hamstring curls
AB BURNOUT --- do this 1 minute each"
Have a great day ya'll. If you have trouble with any of these moves, simple google them or go to YOUTUBE - there are so many videos out there that can show you the correct form. These are easy moves and the side planks can be modified with one knee on the mat.
