Hey there friend! I am checking in on you again today! How are you doing? Seriously, how are you doing?


I want to help you feel good even when things are weird, difficult, stressful AND VERY hard. Some kids are headed back to school, some trying to make college normal and we are ALL trying to figure out why we have so many QUESTIONS with our government - but i'm def not here to talk politics -

TURN OFF THE NEWS AND THE MEDIA.....

give your heart and head a BIG break - let's do something MORE FUN!!!


Things have CERTAINLY changed....and will continue to evolve. Hang in there - we are going to get thru this together!

I'm not going to pretend like it's not happening but what I am going to do is try to help as many people as I can learn how to thrive during this time. Want to join me?


This is all a very HUGE REMINDER THAT WE ARE NOT IN CONTROL of everything that we might have felt like we were. BUT.....There are still healthy ways to manage unwanted stress through exercise, eating healthy and holistic supplementation. Mental health is wealth too! Mental health is so important right now. You don't have to keep turning to "the wine" or "whatever your thang is" - there is another way to FEEL GOOD....



So, are we all living our life today like it could be our last?

I know I'm making the best of it and I want to help you with how I'm positively coping with this!


THE ONLY THING WE CAN CONTROL IS HOW WE RESPOND AND REACT!

What's your WHY? Do you even know what I'm talking about?

Next to my community, team and clients, my why is always my family first and foremost.


Then myself.


By making myself a priority I am showing up better for everyone around me.

I am managing the ENVIRONMENTAL STRESS through fighting free radicals with my daily shake, physical stress through mental movement and keeping my moods steady by being mindful about what I put in my body.
